About AIIMS Vijaypur Jammu

Pay Scale: All posts carry pay as per the 7th Central Pay Commission pay matrix. Officers selected on deputation will draw pay as per their existing pay level or the deputation post level, whichever is applicable as per standard Government of India deputation rules (DoPT guidelines).

Eligibility Criteria

Who Can Apply

Only officers currently serving under the Central Government or State Government are eligible to apply for these deputation posts. Private sector candidates are not eligible. The officer must:

  • Be holding an analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department, OR
  • Have requisite years of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment in the relevant pay level as prescribed for each post.
  • Meet the educational qualification and experience requirements as specified for the respective post in the detailed advertisement on the AIIMS Jammu website.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation basis shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications, as per standard Government of India deputation norms.

Period of Deputation

The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. The deputation will be governed by standard DoPT rules.
