8. Service Bond

All selected Management Trainees must sign a service bond of 3 years from the date of joining. The bond amount is ₹4,50,000 for all categories.

  • If you resign or leave NFL before completing 3 years of service, the full bond amount of ₹4,50,000 must be paid back to NFL
  • The bond covers the training period (1 year) plus 2 additional years as a regularised Officer
