1. What is HRRL?
HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL) is a Joint Venture between Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and the Government of Rajasthan. HPCL holds a 74% equity stake and the Government of Rajasthan holds 26%.
HRRL is setting up a state-of-the-art 9 MMTPA (Million Metric Tonnes Per Annum) Greenfield Refinery and Petrochemical Complex at Pachpadra in Balotra district, Rajasthan. This is one of India’s most significant upcoming refinery projects, designed to process both imported crude oil and local Rajasthan crude.

For E0/E1 posts — upload photograph and signature separately. For E2/E3/E5 posts — upload your resume, all education certificates, and experience documents combined into one single PDF file. Multiple separate files will be rejected. -

Pay ₹1,180 online via Debit/Credit Card, UPI, or Net Banking. SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted. Fee is non-refundable. -

10. Service Bond
All selected candidates for regular posts must sign a service bond of 3 years from the date of joining. If you leave HRRL before completing 3 years, you will be required to pay the bond amount:
- General / UR candidates: ₹3,00,000
- SC / ST / PwBD / OBC-NCL / EWS candidates: ₹50,000
A retention amount of ₹3,000/month (E0) and ₹5,000/month (E1–E5) will be deducted from your salary every month during the bond period and refunded to you at the end of 3 years if you continue service.
FTE (Fixed Term Employment) positions are temporary — up to 2 years — and do not involve a service bond. There is also no age relaxation for reserved category candidates applying for FTE posts.
