Posts & Remuneration
Visiting Consultant — Dental
- Qualification: BDS from a recognised university
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of established practice
- Visits: 2–3 visits per week
- Pay — Per Visit (2 hrs): Rs. 2,750/-
- Pay — Half Day: Rs. 5,500/-
Visiting Consultant — ENT
- Qualification: MD or MS in ENT specialty
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of established practice
- Visits: 2–3 visits per week
- Pay — Per Visit (2 hrs): Rs. 5,025/-
- Pay — Half Day: Rs. 10,050/-
Note: The engagement is for an initial period of 6 months. It may be extended further based on performance at the discretion of NTPC Vindhyachal management. All posts are on a purely contractual, visiting basis. No permanent employment is implied or offered.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold the required degree from a recognised university or institution approved by the relevant Medical Council of India:
- Dental: BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from a recognised university.
- ENT: MD or MS in Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) specialty from a recognised university or medical institution.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of established practice in the relevant specialty is required for both posts. Candidates with a track record in clinical or hospital-based practice are preferred.
Age Limit
The upper age limit for appointment shall be 65 years as on the last date of receiving applications from candidates (as stated in the advertisement).

- Carry 2 self-attested photocopies of all documents.
- Carry 2 recent passport-size photographs.
- Candidates who are not called for interview/selection will not receive any communication and should not wait for confirmation.
