HRRL Recruitment 2026 is one of the biggest PSU job openings in the energy sector this year. HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL) has announced 134 vacancies — 129 regular posts and 5 Fixed Term Employment (FTE) positions — at its 9 MMTPA Greenfield Refinery-cum-Petrochemical Complex being built at Pachpadra, Balotra in Rajasthan.

If you are a diploma holder, B.Tech/B.E. graduate, CA, MBBS, or an experienced manager in the refinery or petrochemical sector, this is your chance to get into a HPCL subsidiary — a Maharatna PSU — with a competitive salary, full government benefits, and long-term career growth.

The application window is short — it opened on 14 May 2026 and closes on 3 June 2026. Read this full guide to understand exactly who can apply, what the salary looks like, and how the selection works.

1. What is HRRL?

HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL) is a Joint Venture between Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and the Government of Rajasthan. HPCL holds a 74% equity stake and the Government of Rajasthan holds 26%.

HRRL is setting up a state-of-the-art 9 MMTPA (Million Metric Tonnes Per Annum) Greenfield Refinery and Petrochemical Complex at Pachpadra in Balotra district, Rajasthan. This is one of India’s most significant upcoming refinery projects, designed to process both imported crude oil and local Rajasthan crude.

Being backed by HPCL — a Maharatna Central Public Sector Undertaking — a job at HRRL gives you the stability of a government PSU with the career opportunities of a brand-new, world-class refinery project.
